Bristol regional final results

The last few days have been busy. Since Brighton, we've been to regional finals in Bristol, Nottingham (East Midlands) and Cardiff. This time we visited Bristol with some fantastic results.

In contrast to previous years we saw a huge amount of cocktails utilisiing the unique flavour profile of 42BELOW feijoa. Bartenders are becoming comfortable with the crisp, freshness the flavour brings to drinks.

The technical proficiency of bartenders impressed the judges. Bartenders exhibited professionalism and moved with precision when crafting their cocktails.

Although unplaced, Ken Walker's  Honey for My Honey was lauded by the judges as being one of the best drinks they had tasted in any competition in years.
